eating lots of beans, safe??

Hello

 

I am not vegan. but i get most of my calorie and protein from vegan foods.

 

I eat these daily:

 

1 cup red kidney beans

1 cup chickpeas

1 cup mung beans

1 cup lentils

1 cup barley

 

I soak them all at least one day prior, and then discard the soaking water and rinse before boiling them.

Will I be safe eating all this big amount of beans and legumes?
