I've been paying close attention to my nutrition levels this week anx the only thing I have been short on is Choline. From what I've read on it it sounds very important regardinguscle tissue and development. Does anyone know a good source or supplement of it?

Things like vegan margarine or other products using emulsifiers tend to use soy lecithin. That's an easy way to get a big portion of choline.

Sometimes I use aplha-GPC or choline-cdp. Both are quality sources.
