While on tour, one of the most common questions I get is from people asking about bulking up and gaining weight.
I share my thoughts with them about eating foods that are heavy by weight, heavy by calories, heavy by protein and combining that with frequent meals, dedicated training and additional supplementation is necessary/desired.
What are your favorite bulking foods?

I second this one. Not having to soak them makes them real easy to make! Also quinoa because of its flexibility. Nuts and nut butters are good too.Nicholas_Weir wrote:Lentils!
