My usual clean bulking pre bed meal!

Just an idea for anyone out there looking to gain some muscle:

 

4 pieces of soy and linseed(flaxseed) bread

 

2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

 

1 tablespoon of 100% fruit Jam

 

(The above makes 2 PB & J sandwiches)

 

2 vegan sausages

 

Totals approx:

 

700 cal, 45-50g protein, 40g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre

 

Occasionally I will also throw in a 1 scoop protein shake which brings the macros to:

 

65-70g protein, 42g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre.
