Although I love some of the articles, and have learn a lot about Strength Training and what not, I got to say that this magazine (as well as many mainstream fitness related things) is very biased towards vegetarians/vegans. Especially when it comes to soy. Anyone else notice this?

Fitness magazines, for the most part, are just fodder to promote products, supplements, and fads so that writers/magazines can make money. Which is why I don't read any of them - I just follow writers/bloggers/people who have proven themselves as legitimate athletes with the results (either in physique or competitions) that prove they know what they're talking about.
