Another new one from Ontario

Just started being a vegetarian and going vegan on January 1st.

 

I've been a runner for the past 5 years, running 5km and 10 km races.

During the winter months I don't run as it's too cold and the roads are

too icy/snowy to run on. I'm starting to get into some strength training

during the winter to get me stronger for the next race season.

 

My goal is to run a half marathon this spring and then a full marathon in the fall.

 

Glad to have found this forum!
