I've been a runner for the past 5 years, running 5km and 10 km races.During the winter months I don't run as it's too cold and the roads aretoo icy/snowy to run on. I'm starting to get into some strength trainingduring the winter to get me stronger for the next race season. My goal is to run a half marathon this spring and then a full marathon in the fall.
