New to vegan!

I plan on becoming vegan for "health" reasons. I am new to this but not new body building

 

I'm 24 6" weighing in at 224lbs . I love the size I'm st but tired of feeling sluggish and bloated and tired.

 

As of now I'm 11% BF squatting 405 and benching 335.

 

I want to keep my calorie intake high just want it to be plant based and whole grain .

 

Any helpful tips or meal plans would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Welcome to the community! I'm also pretty new to being a Vegan. My one month anniversary was last week. I have to say that my body already feels so much different and I hope you feel the positive changes that will come too. As for calories... that's pretty easy to do. Nuts, legumes, beans and pseudo grains can help you keep calories high. Adding them to your veggies and fruits will help a lot.
