robert
Thanks! We're rewarding all the people who have already been keeping their journal here for years, months or weeks, and we've also gathered 200+ NEW members over the past two weeks and expecting 100 or so will keep a journal updated 5x a week. I've worked 12-15 hours a day for 2-3 weeks to put this program together. I've also recruited and assembled a great team, and about $3000 in prizes. I'm even organizing a shipping party in early February to prepare, package and ship 100+ packages out. It takes an incredible amount of work and has been expensive to organize and will get much more expensive when the time comes to ship 100 packages, but if the program works, as it is designed to do, and people change their lives, achieve goals, save lives and inspire others, then we will have accomplished our goals. It's all worth it in the end. Thanks for your support! -Robert
John V
This is going to be a good month for me Robert. Thanks for the challenge and the goal.
deeman
Not a vegan yet, but i do eat clean and organic fruits and veggies/greens 85% of the time, including superfoods in my diet as well. I have been following your beginner workout for about 3 weeks. Today I did bicep and triceps workouts and followed that with a smoothy that included maca and cocao powder
precision female
Question: Is the 5 times a week determined by the number of days you sign in and post an entry or the number of days there is an entry for. Does that make sense? I often don't get to the computer until after midnight to post for a day so my Jan 2 entry will have been posted on the 3rd along with the Jan 3rd post. ( so some days 2 separate posts) I will have a journal entry for every day of the month but may not post them on 5 or more days each week. (I keep a notebook with me to record everything so I don't forget)
robert
Thanks for the question. We're looking for consistency and total posts. If you can't get to a computer for a day or two, no problem, just make updates another time for past workouts, etc. The 5x a week updates don't suggest you have to exercise 5x a week, for some their goal may be 3x but you can still update nutrition programs, make general posts about thoughts, ideas, how you're feeling, etc. but we do hope that most people will get in some sort of exercise close to 5x a week and that should help them get closer to attaining goals. Thanks for being involved! All the best! -Robert

Jump in now and continue through Feb 9th, so you still get a full month and you're in and we'll ship to Europe. Appreciation knows no borders We appreciate and respect everyone here and everyone who works hard deserves the rewards regardless of location or any other factor. Thank you! -Robert

robert
Our pleasure, Mina. Karen and Richard have done an amazing job to help pull this off. It is a tremendous amount of work and I've only been to sleep before 3AM twice since it started 3 weeks ago, but if we're able to reach a lot of people, save a lot of lives and inspire some real change, we'll just keep rolling along. Thanks for your kind words. Robert
