You Must Create and Update Your Training Journal to Finish

Hello Everyone!

 

Per our 12 Days of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness and New You for the New Year Challenge, everyone who keeps a Training Journal updated 5x a week for the entire month of January gets an awesome prize package!

We have a small team of people working on this who will observe who completes this challenge and will reward them. The idea is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by helping you stay active, stay positive and stay accountable.

 

We've also been working hard on securing prizes for up to 125 people, which is the number of Challenge Finishers we anticipate achieving.

 

Some of the prizes already confirmed for All Finishers who update their training journal 5x a week (You don't have to train all 5 days if that isn't your goal, but you need to update your journal anyway, with foods you ate, progress reports, etc) for the month of January include:

Because we decided not to make a separate Training Journals section for New You for the New Year participants, all training journals updated regularly for the month will be rewarded with a prize package.

 

For many of you who have been on here for a long time, consider it another Thank You for being here.

 

It will be exciting to see 100 Training Journals updated daily! And when it comes to shipping out over 100 packages, I'll make sure I have the video camera running to show what it looks like behind the scenes to prepare, package specially tailored gifts for those who complete this challenge.

Thank you for your support! I'm sure it's no secret we're working very hard on this, we want people to achieve, we want to see dreams and goals realized, and we believe we have a system in place that should help with all of those things.

 

We have the info that has been posted for the past 10 days, soon to be 12 days, to give people information to start from, and then of course, we have a platform for people to track progress, in a training journal on our forum.

 

Furthermore we have Coaches for the first 30-50 people who registered, and the forum community at large, to help everyone progress toward attainment.

 

And of course, we have (now) up to around $3000 in prizes donated! 80% of the prizes will be distributed during the New You for the New Year part of our program (the other 20% during The 12 Days of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness).

Among my fitness goals is to be featured as a vegan athlete in the vegan bodybuilding site. Being an active member in this movement will help me make a positive impact in my community that has little to no knowledge about veganism or vegan bodybuilding. If I ever gather the courage to step on a stage, I want to be announced as a VEGAN bodybuilder, for veganism has been part of my transformation since day one. I'm here to stay!

Everyone gets prizes and more and more are being donated all the time, accumulating to become epic packages when the month of January concludes, but the REAL PRIZE is the benefit you get from an entire month of dedication to nutrition and fitness and the results that will ensue.

 

The REAL PRIZE is showing yourself you can do things you didn't think you could, but now know you can.

Well that's an awesome idea and it's amazing that you've had so many prizes donated! Am I able to be a part of this even though I don't have a journal started yet and I haven't worked out in a few months unfortunately? lol. Or do you alreay have to have a journal going?

It doesn't matter either way though. I haven't been on this site in a bit and as I've already mentioned, I've been slacking like crazy. But after looking at all the profiles, pictures, and the watching the video on the home page, it's time to get back on track. Thanks as always everyone!

All you have to do is create a journal by Jan 1st and keep it updated 5x a week with some sort of journal entry whether you train or not that day (you can update it on rest days), and on Jan 31st everyone who kept a journal updated for the entire month will get a prize package.

 

We have had amazing companies jump on board to help support this community and it's member's efforts to achieve goals in 2012.

 

We'll be giving all kinds of shout outs all month long.

 

Pro Bar donated over 125 bars!

 

Plant Fusion donated over 150 protein packets!

 

Vega has donated over 200 packets.

 

Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness has donated a tote bag with our logo on it to everyone who finishes, we have hundreds of tote bags in stock.

 

Vegan Essentials has donated coupons for every single person.

 

A few other companies are pending but I expect to be able to publicly name 2 or 3 other popular brands who will donate over 125 items ensuring all of you who finish, get an awesome prize package.

 

Thousands of dollars in bi-weekly prizes will be given away at random to those who are clearly taking things seriously, working hard and updating their journals daily and in detail.

Awesome Hayley! That is a great attitude to have. I'm embracing the same. I put fitness aside in 2011 to tour, travel, work long hours and recover from injuries. Now I'm back. Averaging 5 days a week in the gym for the past 6 weeks, and eating a lot of whole foods, only been to a restaurant twice in the past 6 weeks!

 

Ready. Focused. Let's do this!
