I am SO in on this! Great idea Robt! My training journal has been consistantly updated for well over 3 years. Now I'll be sure to post 5x a week! I bought new training shoes yesterday!

This will help me to once again become consistent with my training journal. I had a lot going on in 2011, but its time to refocus on my efforts at the gym, and in the kitchen.

Awesome Hayley! That is a great attitude to have. I'm embracing the same. I put fitness aside in 2011 to tour, travel, work long hours and recover from injuries. Now I'm back. Averaging 5 days a week in the gym for the past 6 weeks, and eating a lot of whole foods, only been to a restaurant twice in the past 6 weeks!

Ready. Focused. Let's do this!
