can i keep my size if i go full vegan

worried all my my hard work will suffer if i go all vegan, at the moment i use a weight gainer and toss in the odd egg ( i know gross)

i cant seem to get that fullness on a full vegan diet , or rather im missing something in my diet

If you write what you eat in an average day, we can offer suggestions on how to make it fully vegan so that you still get the same calories etc.

ill have to log it down to get accurate total thanks i will do it asap, i just hit over 200 and i would like to stay there
