And all different types of athletes, not just bodybuilders. Runners, yoga-practicers, triathletes, etc. And lots of here looking to lose weight and get more fit and healthy! If you're just giving veganism a try for the first time, I would strongly suggest you watch the film "Forks Over Knives". It's impacted so many people's lives with its scientific information proving the health benefits of a whole-foods plant-based diet. It's incredible! Take a look around, see what people here are posting about, read what interests you, and let me (or anyone!) know if you need help with something specific!
