2012 Journal - BOM_Mom

Jan 7... day 1. Decided I AM going to change my life (and my future) today. I'm going to learn to eat healthy and exercise right. 22 days from now I'm going to be on my way to a better me with good diet and exercise habits and I will NOT weight 170 pounds. Off to read now... soooo much to learn.
