Just finished class 6 of 30 of hot yoga...
Today there were 60 people taking the class, so the heat was insane!!! Can't remember the last time I sweat that much! Headed home now to eat some brown rice with nutritional yeast, soy sauce, pumpkin seeds and avacado!

Writting an exam today for my nutrition course, so the yoga helped to relax me for it.
