Kale, Brussels Sprouts, and Vegan Bangers & Mash at Mohawk Bend. Delicious!

My best vegan meal so far:
Dirty Rice, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Avocado, broccoli and asparagus, with lemonade.

Sweet & Sour tofu from Sawasdee Thai Cuisine here in San Antonio, TX. My brother and sister-in-law recently introduced me to this place and it's easily the best Thai food in the city.

Best vegan meal this year is...

Portabello mushroom tacos in corn tortillas! Lots of spices, onions, tomatoes, garlic w/ guacamole. So delicious!!

Vegan Tacos!!!
Corn tortillias, black beans, spinach, grilled tofu, romaine, brown rice
w/homemade salsa - tomatoes, cilantro, chili pepper, red onion, garlic, artichoke

Yum!

We'll connect with you sometime between now and Feb. Karen will likely follow up with you shortly. We're shipping all biweekly prizes out in Feb, at the same time we ship out the prizes for all finishers so we can spend an entire week with a small team to get it all done at once. And most prizes are being shipped to TX so I won't get access to them until the first week of Feb when I arrive there.
