Guest
back in the iron game after a long layoff. been training hard for about five months now. i like to think about training, talk about training, exchange ideas about training--almost as much as i like training itself! lifting weights is all about mind over metal. if you master your mind, there's nothing in this world that you can't do. Tarz
if you master your mind, there's nothing in this world that you can't do. Hhmmm, I'd quite like to be able to fly, but no matter how much I mentally prepare myself for such a feat, my feet stay firmly stuck on the ground. finbarrio
I remember a killer band I used to see back in the day called 'Skeleton Key' - drummer used to play whatever random noise-making thing he could find - hubcaps, refrigerator drawers, etc. Awesome stuff.
