Anyways energy levels were pretty good today after i cooled off from walking to work.I am really loving these Raw Bars from GO RAW, Used up the rest of the Garbanzo Beans.I will make another batch tomorrow

(maybe)..I have the next couple days off from lifting so i will do a session of cardio both days than just use Sunday as my day off..
