hope you're feeling better! can you use the arm bike at the gym while your pelvis gets back into its former pelvicness?
Thanks! I am feeling better. My gym has no arm bike.
morning
I woke feeling very good, with a lot of energy.
oatmeal w/cinnamon, strong ginger tea, with Assam black tea and soy milk (unsweetened of course)
psylium husks, multi, 800 mg ibuprofen
later am
smoothie: banana, soy milk, unsweetened cocoa, hemp protein
afternoon
I went to the chiropractor. She's a great one!
lentil soup
gym
Elliptical crosstrainer 2.5 mls @ L 11, then 5 min cool down
navel orange
strong ginger tea with black Assam tea and soy milk
planning to have alfalfa sprouts, brussel sprouts w/margarine and 2 boca burgers for dinner, after the 2nd of my 2x daily silent meditations (20 year habit)
I feel great! (just a tiny bit of remembrance of the knife in the back feeling from last weeks fall) I'm psyched to continue my cardio blitz and maybe add some lifting again. Still, I'm sporting near 100 kg body weight. I feel confident that I'll redouble my palette control and surpass last year's low of 192 lbs. Honestly I should be in the 170s. I look forward to the increased ability in running and yoga once the weight leaves again. I want to be able to do some pull ups and chin ups! While I've been eating clean, I need to improve portion control. I need to drastically reduce my tortilla chip consumption and could do with out so much pb, if I do have a little. Besides running in the aforementioned 5k events a few of my Democrat pals will have when the warm weather returns to Ohio, my goals include feeling ok about posting "after" pictures in a few months, around the 4 year anniversary of this log. At 2 years I was able to show some impressive progress.
I will recapture any lost ground and surpass my previous "after" pics.
