I have attached my photo of the start which was 2nd Jan 2012 and end of week one. I will attach a photo at the end of each week to compare.

Start photo and end of week 2, i know the changes will take time and i feel i am getting a little impatient but i will just keep going.
I think not seeing much change is motivating me more to push myself and make the changes happen.

I definitely see progress around your waist area (my problem area). Nice work! Just don't starve yourself of nutrients! XD
