No lady would get near this fool after all the garlic in those "Egyptian refries."
My back didn't seem to mind the run, but the inner hips are warning me to rest today and all pertinent muscles were cumulatively tired from before. So, I plan to skip gym today and maybe tomorrow. Which is ok, as I want Sundays to be a gym day, rather than that kind of rest day.

Rest day from gym. I did move and restack a ton of 25# cases, which may be why I'm flat on my back in bed as I write this.

Could barely walk at a few points this afternoon, due to my fall a couple of weeks ago. I'm glad my return to the chiropractor was scheduled for this evening!

hey, is there any ginger in that menu plan? also, have you thought of boosting your turmeric intake? bromelain is also a good natural anti-inflammatory, your chiro will of course be able to help you with doasage.
