Rippedveg
I did get my butt (and the rest of me) in the gym yesterday. My workout was something like this: Deadlift--3 sets of 12 reps at 80 lbs. Probably ready for 85 but when I last did 90, I struggled to keep form.Good mornings--3X12@50. Fifty seems a bit light but 60 is uncomfortable.Walking lunges--24X12@50. Fifty is challenging, especially to my healing blisters!Side plank with leg lift--3X20/side.Side lunge--3X20/sideTRX Bent Hamstring Curl--3X16,20,22High knees--3X60 seconds (despite my amazing cardio condition, the first time I've easily completed 60 secs in all 3 reps)Frankensteins 3X20Ovehead bodyweight squats--3x20Hip adduction/abduction ROM cool down 3X20/sideLeg circle cool down 3X20/side20 minutes walking on treadmill
C.O.
No posts since the 6th? Don't tell me you fell off? We all need each other on here as motivation so that we can all stick to our goals. It looked like you started so strong too.

It belongs in Rippedveg's training journal. Thanks for your support and kind words (I didn't received the notification of your reply either).
