I just finished Plyocide. It destroyed me, but I think I did pretty well today. Drinking a Vega recovery drink, and next a delicious smoothie.

Recovery and Mobility was my workout. That foam roller causes so much pain in some places, but when it releases it feels so good!

Phase 2 of P90X2 started today! Chest, back and balance and X2 Ab ripper. Damn, that was a killer workout. Drinking my Vega recovery accelerator and I'm ready to take on the day!
