Meals
Detox Tea with ceyenne pepper
Green smoothie- Kale, spinach, medjool dates, banana, strawberries , almond milk and spirulina
Soaked Oats, chia seeds, strawberries, cashew cream, almond milk
Vegan veggie patty
Chocolate Sun Warrior
Green smoothie- Kale, spinach, medjool dates, banana, strawberries , almond milk and spirulina
Vegan mac n cheese (recipe from Oh She Glows) Salad, veggies

Still dealing with this horrible upper respiratory thing but hopefuly will be able to get in core tonight.

Meals
Soaked oats,strawberries,chia seeds, sun warrior , unsweetened coconut and almond milk
Veggie patty, and black bean soup
Sun Warrior shake
Vega bar or a green smoothie
quinoa pasta and marinara and Salad

Hi Deborah. You qualify for the prize package! Of course we would like to see more details but you did a very good job with your journal. We here at the forum are excited to hear that you will be continuing maintaining a your fitness journal. Many members on here have greatly appreciated everyone's efforts with the online journals. We can all learn a lot from each other and keep each other motivated as well.
