Thoughts on wearing diamonds after knowing where they come from?

I wear a pair of diamond earings that a gf gave me a long long time ago. She means
a lot to me so I never take them out.

NO - I would never go out & buy diamonds. I never wore an engagment diamond & my wedding band is black titanium

the only diamond I own is in my engagement ring. When we bought it we made sure it was a Canadian diamond that came from ethical sources. I think Australian diamonds might be similar? I don't really know. I was living in Canada at the time so buying a Canadian diamond made sense. I doubt I'll be buying many diamonds in the future. Mostly because there are more important things (to me) I'd rather spend my money on.

I frown in diamonds myself although I know most people don't know about what's involved.

Same thing with Washington, DC's coal burning. They are blowing the tops right off of West Virginia's mountain tops to get the coal underneath, essentially ruining the natural landscape and wildlife habitats, then Dick Cheney had the nerve to poke fun at West Virginians being a bunch of redneck hicks.

Big industry and government both need some really strong enemas.
High carb, low fat, whole foods. Any questions?

Thanks :) I love it, it's very sporty & sleek.

I did have a guy ask me once if I wore a black wedding band because my husband died ????
