3 healthy things I do everyday....

1. I laugh. It picks me up if I am down but all in all it just makes my day a wonderful one.
2. I do some kind of exercise be it cardio, yoga or weight lifting. I feel so much better when I get to do something wonderful for my body
3. I start everyday off with a healthy breakfast. I used to avoid breakfast but now it helps keep me focused and energized throughout the morning.
I do because I can. I can because I want to. I want to because you said I couldn't.

I don't make excuses... I make results

I'm going to assume we mean physical health & not spiritual or mental.

1) I try to drink over 8 glasses of quality water a day.
2) I try to make sure I have raw fruits & veggies everyday, & take a green food supplement.
3) I take my multi-vitamin & minerals, and some herbal preparations.

Etc., etc., etc.

1. Eat a vegetarian/mostly vegan diet, including plenty of refreshing tap water.
2. Be active, including running and playing with my rescued dog, Mango (he's curiously orange).
3. Learn, by reading, practicing martial arts or music, or something entirely new.

I get in a minimum of one workout per day, oftentimes more,
I drink plenty of fluids,
I promote my healthy changes to others to help them as well

1. I eat mostly raw whole vegan foods and include chia seeds and hemp seeds whenever I possible be can

2. I run and/or lift weights every day

3. I try and get enough sleep every night, at least 7 with the aim for 8 hours.
You have to want it as bad as you want to breathe!

Three things that I do to stay strong & healthy:

1) get 8+ hours of sleep each night.

2) exercise each day, which being a bike commuter is easy, but also do jogging, yoga and love my workouts at Monkey Bar Gym!

3) always looking for ways to improve my plant based diet. Being vegan has really pushed me step up my creativity in the kitchen.

I drink lots of water and green tea, take a probiotic and walk as much as possible. Being vegan is a given:)

Three things I do every day:

1. I snuggle with my daughter.

2. I eat leafy greens.

3. I eat a plant strong, whole food vegan diet.

4. I drink tea. (Okay, that is four, but I do drink tea every day!)

I wanted to say I exercise everyday, but I usually only do that 5-6 days each week.

2. Exercise or get active
3. Eat breakfast. I love oatmeal with fruit, nuts and seeds
