People all this talk about bad food has made me gain weight. 146.8 the past two days and 148 today. wtf?im only eating 130 carbs a day!

Perhaps the 801010 diet would work a little better, or something close to it. Personally i am usually around 60/20/20 and have had good results thus far.

Reading this journal just makes me crave Chipotle...which is dangerous because I only live 3 blocks away!

You're doing so well! I'm sure the blip in weight is a temporary thing. So many things can affect your weight from day to day.

I guess but it just makes me nervous knowing i gotta be 125 by june and january is gone and ive only lost like 4 lbs if im at 148.

diva mom, water? do you mean im retaining it or not drinking enough? minimum one gallon and hit 1.5 gallons on most days.

coach just emailed me back said not to worry, "body is adjusting" and asked if i was regular, which i am.

haha i am infecting everyone with the chipotle bug.

probably holding more fluids in your muscles, so retaining- just extra fluid volume- unfortunately it shows up as weight gain on a scale- and your coach is right- body adjustments!

as for chipotle, when I am less strict, or when I go- I do corn tortillas to avoid gluten, but muy yummy!

My weight jumps around a lot depending on numerous factors. I mean, I can weigh in before a work out at 122 and then, afterwards, be 120 or vice versa. Hell. After a night of drinking, I'll hit the scale in the morning before lifting and could be as low as 119; conversely, after a really high carb-day, the scale could read 125. It's all about seeing the bigger picture because I know, right now, on a day-to-day basis, I'm clocking it at 122.

You drinking 1.5 gallons of water a day makes me want to go back to carrying my gallon jug around; hydration is always a huge issue for me.

LOL the ad before that video on youtube is an ad for gastric bypass surgery! LMAO listening to the video as I type... its just making me hungry. but this girl is thin and lean no doubt but she doesnt have much muscle...i agree with her about not eating animal secretions and pieces, and not fasting though....not sure about sitting down with a box of oranges in one meal...at least not right now...

Thanks. Its weird my abs arent even sore. Lame! Adductors and glutes tho a bit sore not terrible tho I need terrible to be happy.. And I'm not feeling as week, i am getting used to the new routine and adding more weight to the new exercises.
