HorseSense Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 I'd agree with taking some time off but I'd say don't eat anything. Take a fast in fact. Now I have no proof that works, and its something I read while educating myself on natural hygiene, but it makes a lot of sense to me. It is a fact that digesting food adds to stress and relaxed bowels = a much more relaxed body. You need as little stress as possible when fighting "invaders". I will probably go tomorrow and skip cardio and do some light weights to start out with. I do a juice fast when my IBS acts up and it does help that actually.
