Workout for today: back and abs... My favorite mixed with my least favorite. I absolutely love love love back exercises and not so much abs... But I must say I love the results!

Yesterdays workout:
Yoga in the morning and cardio in the evening
Todays Workout:
rear delts and chest
I threw out my subscapularis so I cant do a lot of movemtns =( it really affected my performance today. I am going to see a massage therapist tomorrow and hopefully she can fix me and get me back on my way.

Today was just a day of rest. I went to the masseuse to check out my back/shoulder, it hurt like hell but after icing it I feel much better and should be back to normal training for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Yesterday I worked my legs! I am really trying to shape my legs especially the inner thigh so lots of plié squats, adductors, hip thrusts and sprinting!

Hey Miranda, you've done such a great job this month with the New You for the New Year Challenge! You've done an awesome job with your consistency in journaling and fitness!
