Seated barbell overhead press, i really think my coach was trying to kill me: 65x12, 70x10, 8, 6? dam i forget but he was helping me on every set. it was way too heavy
side raises 10 x12
front raises 10x12
rear delt machine, no idea 12x3 but he said it was light cause i told him it hurt my shoulder but it didnt hurt this time
upright rows: 12x3, cant remember weight
shrugs, 25lbss? 3x12
tricep pressdown: 45x12, then more weight x12, more weightx12
overhead tricep with rope/cable ext, 3x12
one handed head bangers 10x12, 12x12, 15x12, he helped on last set

i dont pay too much attention to the weight when i train with my coach, because the machines are different for one thing from my home gym, and we are talking and we move quickly so its hard to even keep track of, i just let him think about it. whatever. but today i didnt feel that winded or over worked...ill see how my shoulders and tris feel tomorrow tho.
cheat meal is not until next week because the first week at 165 carbs isn't really considered dieting. its not a big deal, i don't feel that deprived and i have so much to do tomorrow that trying to fit in a chipotle trip was stressing me out anyway. apparently most girls that he trains get constipated when they start dieting. i said maybe cause they're not vegan
. then he started asking me about whats wrong with eating eggs/milk and i explained it to him. he was kind of surprised. he was saying that ever since he added the polygraph to his show, a lot of people have dropped out. i will also be the only girl in his class tomorrow for posing, and only one of like 3 or 4 in the show for BB. he said that down the road ill be adding more minutes to my cardio and either a morning cardio session or a session before i lift weights. he doesnt believe in carb loading or anything too drastic.
off to my massage. my mom just said "be careful getting in and out of the car, i watch a lot of csi". lol.
