Hey Dylan! Your last post made me laugh! I used to be a Nutella addict! :D I first discovered it while living in Italy, and we put Nutella on pretty much everything! :) I've never tried an alternative, but here's some stuff I found:

http://vegetarian.about.com/od/saucesdi ... utella.htm
http://epicurvegan.com/2011/02/15/vegan-nutella/
There were some more recipes if you just Google "vegan nutella"

Also, Vegan Essentials carries a product called "rawtella". I don't know anything about it, other than what is on their product page, and they're currently on backorder. (Is that a sign that it's good?)
http://store.veganessentials.com/rawtel ... p3226.aspx

Go to Rawtella's website, and you can see where else you can buy it online, or you can buy it there in NYC: http://www.rawtella.com/retail-locations.html

I understand when you just have to fulfill a craving! Haha! Good luck! :D

Thanks so much Karen, I am probably going to end up getting some. I'll definitely let you know how it tastes.

Today's workout will consist of jogging to run errands instead of taking the train everywhere all day.

Training for me is just as much about eating as it is about working out. Yesterday I went to a "grilled cheese" party to watch the football games. I bought vegan pepperjack cheese. My first time trying this type. It was disgusting raw but actually really tasty once I melted it onto bread. Not sure how it changed flavor so completely but it did.
Bringing vegan cheese to a grilled cheese party is big. Its events like these that those of us that are trying to eat healthy often make exceptions and fall off of our eating healthy regiment plans.

Day 1,237 on the island: Green bananas leave this glue/goo on my hands that is super hard to wash off. This is a problem because I find yellow bananas disgusting...

A lot of people don't like yellow bananas because many of us never grew up eating "ripe" bananas but that is when they should be at their peak.

Embrace the yellow....say goodbye to the goo.

Robert, everyone knows you embrace the goo...

Today's banana battle improved with: half green/yellow banana + raspberries+ hemp milk+ chai Vega+ ice = Yum

Plus reverting back to day #1 of 12 days of vegan fitness' work out but substituting 2 dumbbell exorcises in place of push ups.

Upping the ante on squats today.

Lunch and dinner was vegetarian Thai food.

Don't we all want a body like the kind Brent Wienbach likes?

Hey Dylan!

I finally figured this out. It always takes me a bit to figure it all out. I need the time to putter around with the program.

Thanks for your advice on my blog.

I managed to take a couple of weights to work yesterday. I can't take anything to sit on...Ticket agent I am...so sitting is not an option unless it is on a tall chair lol!!

I am training for the 10K run April 29th...and my body fat is stubborn. I need to exercise more than I want to eat lol!!
I still crave carbs at night but have been having vegys with hummus.

Have a great day!
Bev

Well I fell off the health wagon again this weekend. This is becoming a trend. On a positive note my weekdays have been filled with exorcise and good food so it could be worse. Superbowl was pretty nasty with unhealthy food and waay to much drinking. Today's menu will have added chlorella in each meal. Hopefully help me start cleaning out my system.

Back on that wagon, son.

You still have any of that Vega stuff left?

Perhaps more coming your way is in order. :)

Keep rocking!
