I'm another vegan mom interested in getting back into shape. If not body building shape, which wow would be nice, at least to minimize the amount of fat and gain more muscle. I used to run years ago and loved it. I did a little weight training too but I didn't know then how important it was lift.
Recently, I've taken up running again and I'm trying to incorporate more weight training. Unfortunately, I don't have a gym membership and I'm limited on weights. I'm hoping I can at least get to where I want with as little as I have. When there's a will, there's a way...right?
But...I'm determined and I'm certain this site will help keep me on track.
