So for the past 6 weeks I have been following Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation daily trainer - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-ge ... ainer.html
I adjusted the diet plan to make everything vegan (pretty easy).

Feeling pretty great about my progress so far (please ignore some of the stupid faces I make while flexing.

Kris Gethin's workout plan is awesome. The diet plan is SUPER strict but very easy to make vegan.

Going to start that program Monday :) Just hope doc give me the green to add soy back in my diet otherwise it will be beans all the way......

Good progress. I am making similar gains (or losses) on BFL. So I might try this workout once I am done.

Really nice going man, look forward to seeing how you look in 6 weeks! Those are some rad tattoos as well, especially the Integrity one!
