Hi my mane is Sara. I want to compete in a bikini and eventually a figure show. Over the past year I have become completely interested on getting off of meat from my diet for a healthier lifestyle. I am 5'3" and at my heaviest weigh 125lbs and work out 5-6 days a week. I need help on meal plans and how much I should be taking in for fats proteins and carbs. Last time I tried the thrive diet I was really weak and got headaches. I think maybe I wasn't eating enough or my body was getting rid of toxins. Thanks for your help!!!
