Cool good to know. I really like Red Bamboo. I dont make it to the city that much, and my best friend from the dream hates the city so i dont know why i went there with her lol. there is plenty of places near me with so much good stuff! lol.

So i worked out with my carb hangover, trainer said its normal. headache went away by end of workout (which he also says is normal), but my meal #2 just wrecked my stomach ugh.

Leg press: 50x15, 130x12, 180x10, 230x8.
Squats: 85x15, 95x10?, ....i failed that the bottom, got thrown off when mytrainer grabbed the b ar to help me and i lost my balance. there is no doubt in my mind that i would have gotten back up unassisted. then he yelled at me for turning my knees in and going too low. back down to 80x10, 8, to work on form.
Plie squats: 45x20x3
Walking Lunges: 50lbs x approx 24-26 sets each time. was falling over.
Leg extension: ?x15, 12, 10
Standing Calf Raises, dont know what weight but it was horrible. 15, 15, 15
Seated Calf raises 25x12x3
Ab circuit: ball crunches, leg raises (seated on a bench), crunch machine thingie, rope crunches, twists. three sets, rope crunches were 90, 105, 105.
20 mins cardio.

there was another chick there who was basically doing the exact same workout i was doing and chatting with my trainer about her diet. Im pretty sure hes training her for bikini? she was squatting heavier than me, but i noticed that on every other exercise she was using lighter weight. it pisses me off that im a weak squatter!!!

Sacred Chow is 2-3 blocks from Red Bamboo. Every time I eat at Red Bamboo I always leave with a Red Bambellyache. The food is delicious but so greasy.

Jersey has a lot of great options. Check out Veggie Heaven if you haven't. It would be an excellent cheat meal option.

You are doing great!!I enjoy reading your blog don't worry what she can do just focus on yourself!!

I feel hideously fat today!! This bulking is making me unhappy while i'm training hard in the gym i seem to feeling fatter by the day and i have not been indulging in any treats just same food , tweaking it this week though going through protein powder quite quickly so changing from oats and powder to sweet potato, spinach and tofu.

Can i ask how you found about the comp you are entering?

Just google 2012 natural bodybuilding competition schedule, it will link you to something that has every show in the us, then press control F and type in your state and youll pull them up.

I know its not this particular chick but its everyone on youtube, people on forums etc all squatting more than me! argh whatever tho my butt (and every other body part) was still much bigger than hers. its just weird tho.

you are probably overreacting about the fat. you should upload some progress photos and everyone will prolly tell you that youre crazy. thats what they did to me. what kind of protein powder do u use?

headache back with a vengeance. so strange.

I feel like Beth from Dog the bounty hunter!My b00bs feel huge and i just seem to be getting wider round the waist which really makes me unhappy.

Workout wise my weights have been increasing and the workouts are always intense but food wise i need to adjust i have reduced carbs slightly from tomorrow and Peanut butter is out it causes me to want to keep eating it so will opt for some flaxseed oil maybe.

We use genuine health vegan protein plus costs about $40 (CAD) a tub same size as vega, its quite nice we mix vanilla and chocolate together as chocolate is really strong yesterday whole foods had it 30% $29 a tub so went and got 3 but they only charged me for 2 so got a great deal in the end!! Just hope Mr Whole foods is not reading this!

I was eating about 1900-2000 cals per day with about 170 carbs , protein 159 and fats 63.

so i looked at it and changed a few things so now 1600-1700 126 carbs, protein, 158.5 and 63 fats, so reduced some carbs. I'm feeling strong in the gym but just felt like today i woke up fat!!

i only do 30 minutes cardio on a saturday which i fast walking/running on various inclines on treadmill. Monday is Chest & triceps, Tuesday Back, wednesday Legs, Thursday shoulders, Friday Biceps.

I go before work so i split everything up otherwise its a rush to get to work on time at 8am.

I weighed in at 157lb yesterday the week before 153lbs and week before that 155lbs, i feel like i am holding so much water.

To be honest i could do with hiring someone to sort my food out as you read so much and then your minds wonders!! Can't really afford it but did see these guys online and on tv http://hitchfit.com/shop/programs/green ... n-program/[url][/url]

My goal is to become a personal trainer so want to be able to walk the walk and be someon people look at and say hey she knows what shes doing!

I go back and forth on becoming a personal trainer. Either way id have to keep my 9-5 as a social worker, and you cant beat the benefits and job security. not sure if i would want to work more on top of that, when would i have time to train and cook my food?

I eat 6 times a day and i would hazard a guess my body fat would be upper end of 20%

I have wanted to do it for about 6 years, i never did it while living in england as i worked as civil servant and never wanted to give up that job security even though i hated it
Then we went and lived in Australia for 2 years travelling and working looked into the courses there in the region of $3-4k to do the course could not afford it and now we are living in vancouver until November and it seems quite cheap to do it here, but if we went home it may not be recognised and would have to do it again in England.
