I have a silver Honda fit, and I love it! It is so small and can maneuver well in tight places! especially parking, and sliding by other people's cars that are parked outside my garage at weird angles. And I only have to fill up the tank every 3 weeks!

You're killing this cut! And good advice from your coach - you shouldn't drop calories until your body stops responding to your current intake or you'll start losing hard earned muscle, too.

In terms of a car, if you could find an older used Subaru, I'd suggest that - great gas mileage, excellent handling, and stands the test of time. I've put mine through hell and back (a few times) and it's still a babe.

last night did ab circuit 4 times, rope crunches 110, 130, 140, 140...everything else bodyweight x20, the usual ab circuit then 30 mins walking.

did chest today.

flat db bench 25x12, 30x10, 35x8, 40x6
Incline DB: 30x12x3
Flyes: 15x12, 20x12x2
Cable Flyes: 30x12, 40x12x2
Dips: bodyweight unassisted 8, 8, 7, not great depth. assist machine taken so i just did em this way.
Barbell Bicep Curls 40x12, 50x12x2 with cheating form.
Incline DB Curls: 15lbsx12x3
Hammer curls: 15x12x3
25 mins cardio

off to lease a hyundai accent gs tomorrow. its the cheapest and i like it. id have to drive an hour away to find a red fit and its 40ish bucks more a month, which is 420 dollars a year, which i could use so yeah. going with the hyundai. i also feel like leasing is a better option, less commitment, less hassle and a new car in three years maybe by then theyll have perfected the electric. i also need a car asap so i cant really shop around for a used one. thank u for the suggestions!!

Walking Lunges: 50x20 steps, 60x20 steps, 60x20 steps but couldnt get up on the last step and the last few steps there was some hesitation...

Calf ext on leg press: 50x15x3

You can get a Geo Metro for like, 1-2k. And they are hard to kill like all GM products. Also, I like your hair, pixie cuts are cute. Smiling is good too, it's good exercise for your soul.

LOL well i just signed a lease on the hyundai and i am actually really happy about it. they made me ring the bell at the dealer before i left and everyone started applauding and they took my picture lol. last night i was watching hulu and there was an ad for a nissan leaf and i was like ohhhh shit nooo but then i saw that it started at 28k, so that would be out of my price range. my hope is that in three years when my term is over i can lease an electric car for 1k down, and between 200-300 a month. or ill be married to a rich vegan who can just buy it for me. either way im pretty into the idea of leasing new cars rather than buying used for cheap and having to worry about repairs and subsequent resale. thank you though for your suggestions! cheat meal was pretty good, chipotle burrito and chips and guac (ate half the chip), clif builders vanilla almond and a pink lady apple. woke up at 142.6 lbs 22.6% body fat. can't complain. again i have the hang over!! regarding hair in 3 weeks im going back to my man carlos to get the back made shorter for spiking purposes. and i was never big on smiling

prius...kudos on the car...hair is awesome...I just took off 3 inches

love the pic...can see that quad definition on the knee....sweet...as its your legs and ass on the final run with the judges (and symmetry)....its when you turn around to the judges and they want Glutes and hammies/quads that are smooth with no ripples or lumps...the girls that win ( you're Bodybuilding or figure?)- at least in figure have amazing rears...and quads/ hammies.

and CY is right...smiling is good thing..it invites people in...whether you are happy or not...gives an illusion

Aw thanks. My legs are smaller and weaker than my upperbody for lack of training them seriously early in my weight lifting career, but theyve come a long way. next winter i hope to be squatting heavier, but for my first contest i think they'll do. im not looking to win or go pro anyway (but if i do well and I enjoy it i may keep dieting and go for another show in July, which is the NPC team universe run by Bev Francis powerhous gym). ive never had ripples or lumps even when i was much heavier so thats good. i'm doing bodybuilidng not figure.

I love Chipotle but I've been having issues with my guts and getting blockages from it lately. ):

Electric cars are great for short commuting or if you live in an area with recharge stations. Right now the battery technology is evolving so rapidly but even with high density polymer batteries and dynamo and kinetic energy feedback loops I don't think electric will ever be viable for long distance driving. Hydrogen fueled cars are where it's gonna be at, stored inside solid state nickle-cadmium 'cells'. It will make the hydrogen completely inert in impacts and fires. Plus you can make super portable hydrogen conversion devices you can carry around in your car making power limitless.
