Meals - Detoxing today with raw foods
Lemon water
Green smoothie- Spinach, kale, kiwi coconut water
Smoothie- cherries, strawberries, coconut water
Herbal tea
Raw " fried rice" and veggies spring rolls

20 oz Greens and berries smoothie- Spinach, spirulina,chard,strawberries,cherries,coconut water

Training- P90X2 -Chest , back , balance and abs

Had a veggie burger last night and ate the bun so I'm having a bad gluten reaction day with painful joints, stomach problems and headache. So today is mostly a juice detox day
Meals-
Fresh Carrot juice
Green smoothie with added spirulina
Red berry smoothie
Ginger blast- apple, lemon , ginger
Dinner- Salad and raw veggies
