Adam913 Posted June 6, 2011 Share Posted June 6, 2011 Hello guys and gals my name is Adam. New to the Vegan world after reading The China Study and seeing the movie Forks over Knifes. It has been just over a week now. I have dropped 13lbs and have more energy now then I ever have. I have never felt this good in my life. I am 23 years young. I was referred to this forum By Aimee (no idea what her name is on here). I know I will be learning a lot for everyone on here. I stand just over 6ft tall.
