hi Im 37 and from London England. Im looking to bulk and build muscle. Im currently doing a 3 day split routine. Push, Pull, Legs
Heres what ive done today.

food wise i am aiming for 3200cal a day.

Hi im currently looking at getting bigger and stronger. aiming for 3200 calories a day with 190g protein.

db curls 32k 5 5 5 5 5
db rows 45k 6 6 6 6 6
lat raises 10k 6 6 6 6 6
I lowered the weight on db curls to 32k because my last workout my form suffered towards the end. Its the first time ive ever done lateral raises.

Are you using an app? I track it on my iPhone as well, using MyFitnessPal. Pretty easy! Especially with the barcode scanner feature.
