mythil
Hi all. I've been pushing myself quite a bit but it seems I've become very fatigued and my bones (especially around the legs) are starting to hurt a bit now, not just when training. I was told it's possible that I may be lacking something like Vit D. Will just taking some help?
Mufflon
If you really have pain in your bones you should see a doctor about it.
mythil
I totally forgot to update this. I did see a doctor an he said I was just "sick" but I was feeling it in my bones. Funny that, I've picked up other peoples "sniffles" once or twice now but I don't get "sick" like I used to.. I just get tired and aching bones and then it goes. FormicaLinoleum
I experience this, too. There have been a few times I've thought that I've been getting sick because I've felt a bit tired and achey, but the full-blown cold or whatever never really kicked in. I figure my body just manages to fight off whatever it was without my getting too ill, but with a brief period of feeling sub-optimal.
Mufflon
That's good to hear. Aching bones can be a symptom of some ore serious diseases.
