Straight Pulls: 30x12x3
Seated Rows: 70x12, 80x10, 90x8
T-Bar: 50x12, 60x10, 70x8
Reverse Close Grip Pull down: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8

Lying Leg Curls supsetted with romanian DL:
40x15, 110x12
45x12, 110x12
50x10, 110x12

Seated Leg Curls:
55x15, 70x12, 85x10

Prone Hyperext: bodyweight x12, +10x12x2

25 minutes cardio.

Would love to lose some more weight, getting frustrated! I would also prefer not to have to cut more carbs anytime soon lol. Started having a bit of tea with a splash of unsweetened silk in the evenings, adds about .5 carb, .5 fat....told trainer, he didnt say anything about it...

yeti,...its a drag impersonator show...have been invited w/ friends a few times, unless it does both now..strippers and transvestites?

as for the 139...whatever. it will happen. the pics tell a better story right now.

ive tried on a bunch of different pants...tighter in the quads slightly looser in the waist...so i know thats good...

i also noticed that im getting tired lately. 2 hours naps on sundays, napped yesterday for 2 hours in the afternoon, and 9 hours of sleep most nights, still dragging...im only energetic when at the gym...

This is when you need a thermogenic. It will keep your metabolism going/won't feel dragged down. Though it will hit you again in the afternoon when you go to take the second dose - that is where the power napping comes into play.
Right now, the caffeine in green tea is doing wonders for me so far. Haven't had to look for the stronger thermogenics yet (like hydroxycut - why are they all in gelatin capsules?).

I was going to suggest upping your tea intake - definitely helpful. And, at this point, go by your clothes/the mirror and not the scale. Your water weight is going to fluctuate a lot and other factors (food intake, time of day, etc.) are really going to make watching the scale an epic mindgame.

OK. i had some tea yesterday wasnt as tired, but also could have been cause i kept busy at work which. 139.6lbs today on the scale when i have it to measure body fat setting, but when i just stepped onto it for just the lbs it also said 140.4 and 138.8. i paid 60 bucks for this pos.

scales lie and don't measure body body fat correctly Its a tool of the devil, I tell you. You need to do BF with calipers (autopsy is most efficient and next best is underwater hydrostatic testing). Calipers are more accurate than the electrostatic method- you d get a totally different reading if you used the hand held ones, too. Put the POS thing on ebay and use the scale at the gym and have someone do your body fat w/ calipers. You are going to make yourself crazy. You won't, but...don't beat yourself up.

I say wait a few more---and coffee works, too ( i can't do green tea, or yerba matte- I like my coffee) but long ago, ancient studies ( written so I saw as un undergrad- covered wagon days?) show that caffeine, last legal drug in America) is a great thermogenic. and enhances endurance ( main ingredient in a LOT of energy drinks and weight loss products) and for all its dehydration effects, ...well, ..I just drink more water. Not saying tea is bad...just saying coffee tastes real good, too. black. no foo foo creamer in it ( ONE stevia pkg MAX if you have to ruin the taste)- and yup, clothes and the mirror-(or pics)- they don't lie ( uness you use photoshop)

Granted I step on the scale everyday but I don't take it as truth. I can't judge by clothes cause they are all wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to big for me. It isn't until I am in my gym clothes (the form fitting kind) that I walk by the mirror, stop, inspect, flex and smile cause I know I am losing. I also do measurements now. You will get there just don't be hard on yourself. As women we tend to be our own worst enemy....

My scale does the same thing. You have to be consistent in the environment that you are weigh in at. I also note whether I drank some tea already, had or hadn't done a BM yet, and what time of the day it is. You will fluctuate between 1-5 lbs during the day. My partner said her husband told her that even the barometric pressure for that time of day can mess with the scale (don't know if I believe that).

You are at a plateau. You can ask your coach what he does to get out of a plateau. Me? I do something drastic. Either my diet (mixing it up really extreme - one day no calories, the next is not quite a cheat day, but it is a double serving of what good food I am eating for the day) or my cardio/workout (instead of just trail jogging, I will do sprints - so that I am out of breath and dying when I get back home, or I will do some new class that my body is not use to and drown in a pool of sweat when I am done with the class). You need to confuse your body, and then push thru this. My plateaus (I usually have 2 or 3 - the first initial 10 lbs goes fast, then the struggle to lose another 10 lbs, and then the fight to keep your muscle mass as your body 'eats' itself at 9% bodyfat or lower) usually last about 2 weeks at the most. And I would start looking at supplements that can help you out - increase your caffeine (that is what hydroxycut basically is), CLA (veganessentials has a vegan CLA - read about its benefits from the website), perhaps increase your carnitine also (500 mg to 1000 mg - I take one in the morning and the other before bed - on an empty stomach), and anything else you might be taking (increase it perhaps?).

Coffee is not a good food. I would take a dried green leaf over an overprocessed cooked/roasted bean anyday - not to mention the environmental hazards that coffee is doing to our rainforests. (Sorry DivaMom - just make sure yours is organic, sustainable farmed, and fair-trade).

thanks Gaia :) ...I get fair trade organic...trader joes. I am old school in coffee...think its marvelous and gets too much bad press. Its preference..I can't stand green tea, would rather take an antioxidant ( I don't) or eat foods high in and just like the taste of coffee better. But yep, drink Organic whenever possible since visiting Costa Rica years ago. But, the point here is the thermogenics...I wouldnt take hydroxy or anything akin to...but like you, would probably at this point reassess my diet or add in a bit more cardio.
Coffee is not bad, there are a TON of studies published about its efficacy and athletic performance as well as its thermogenic effects...and agree on the Fair Trade organic thing. Wholeheartedly.

OK. So increase caffeine and green tea. Definitely.

I weigh myself every morning after I wake up and pee, nekked. It's been a rainy weak...does that make u heavier or lighter?! hehe

But I guess this is a plateau and i should be expecting it after losing 12 lbs rapidly since January 2nd...

I am meeting with my coach today....I'll see what he says about cardio, supplementation...

Will I be banned from the forum if I admit drinking starbucks?
