Right now I'm drinking a Tanzanian Mpito from @tonxcoffee, cold french pressed overnight. This weekend I'll be trying their latest roast - which I got yesterday and I believe is another Tanzania - with a V60 slow pour.

Not a joke. I have a short black coffee in the am, get a refill and take it to work for in the afternoon. When I am home I drink way more than that so I dont drink coffee at home anymore

Lol now I am hosting the coffee forum. I had cup of starbucks with 1/2 cup soymilk this am, and two cups of folgers, black, at work today. And green/chai tea mix.

My trainer said the weight issue could be a number of things. First, just a normal plateau. Or, I've been lax about measuring my food. I may be off by about .25 TB Peanut butter during meal 4 and 5 (rushing between meetings to eat), and that "peanut butter is everyone's downfall". Two table spoons of walnuts is also a bit iffy to measure, but i think ive been consistent... everything else is carefully measured. ive been eating a lot of truvia...kind of an excessive amount...mattsvx knows about this...lol... Truvia could be making me gassy and bound up, but i dont think so. And i could be lacking fiber by not eating enough vegetables. He said i could play around with my veggies but if i do that i need to remove some of the complex carbs so i dunno. I'll think about it. Starting tomorrow Im increased to 30 minutes cardio, so maybe ill just see what my weight does tomorrow, then ignore it for a few days after tomorrow's cheat meal, then reevaluate next friday and see how i respond to cardio.i still havent cleaned my bathroom mirror. I am a very lazy person outside of the gym.

Today's workout:
Began with 25 minutes of cardio. Had extra time between work and my session, and if i had sat around a waited to do it after, it would have been four hours or more between meals and that makes me uncomfortable for a number of reasons. I am less hungry after my 4th and 5th meals...between meal 3 and 4 is always a hurdle to get over...
Flat DB Press supersetted with DB Flyes:
30x12,, 20x12....all x 4. Coach helping.
Smith Machine Incline Press: ?x12x4 Coach helping on last sets
Cable Flyes: ?x12x4. Coach helping on last sets but didnt need it.
Underhand cable flyes: ?x12x3. Coach helping, didnt need it.,..
Assisted Dips: ?x12, 12, 8, coach helping needed it.
Barbell Curls: ?x12, ?x14, (laughing fit during this set), ?x12, burn set just the bar x16
Incline DB Curls: 15x12, 15x12, 20x11 (with assistance, he called me a baby for screaming on the last rep.)

Burrito night with the crew tomorrow, stuffing my purse full of goodies as well cause i think we are hitting the bowling alley after.

Holy crap, you're smiling! And you look great, of course. Just trust the trainer on the weight and cardio, and I'm sure it'll be fine by next week. The PB can be a pain, for sure. It's so dense and caloric and delicious. :)

Is the cutting phase what you expected it to be? I'm sure you're glad you made the decision to begin it earlier than you had originally planned...

Thanks Michelle. Yes, I am so glad I started when I did. Losing 15 lbs more from this point seems very daunting....the original plan was to start at 155 on March 1, but glad that I was down to 140 by then. I just have no idea what I'm doing and I also really appreciate you suggesting I hire a trainer! Other than that, the cutting is what I expected. Temptations are rough, at different times more than others, but manageable. I haven't done anything that I'm not supposed to do, like skip workouts, eat extra (aside from a bit of lax measuring). What I didnt expect was to have a cheat meal, and I am very grateful for that :) In addition, I forgot to mention that my coach told me that I'm not hauling enough on my cardio. My incline should be much higher as well as my speed. By the time I'm done I should be dying...didn't really understand that until he explained it to me.. cause the setting he showed me on the treadmill at his gym has a very low incline, he never told me to increase it, so I'm glad I clarified. I kicked my butt today at the gym and was sweating a ton.

Leg Press: 90x15, 180x12, 250x10, 300x8
Squats: 90x15, 100x12, 105x10, 110x8
Plie Squats: 70x20, 75x20x2
Walking Lunges: 60x20 steps, 70x20steps (a bit of faltering....but no "wedding steps"), x2
Leg ext: 85x15, 100x12, 115x10 with a drop set of 70x10, 45x10. Had to do these rest-pause-ish...so hard lol...
Calf ext on leg press: 60x15, 60x15, 70x15
Seated Calf raises: 45x12x3. machine broken, have to lift it up off of me when im done using one arm. Annoying.
Superset of Crunches with 25lbs wt on chest with hanging leg raises on captains chair with bosu ball back:
20, 20; 20,20
20, 20: 20,20
Superset ball crunches with rope crunches: 30,20x120, 30x120; 30, 20x130, 30, 20x130.
30 minutes cardio, random level 15, speeds between 3.6-4.4....
