TheBodhiTree
I've always used Fitday for the PC, but am interested in trying something new. I have an older version (I got it when it first came out), and it works fine, but it's a little visually unappealing and a little clunky. Anyone have suggestions for other downloadable software? If anyone has used to the calorieking software, do you like it? Thanks!
veghead25
You can try cron-o-meter and see how it works for you. http://cronometer.com/ - Online version has the corrected values for the beta-carotene conversion to Vitamin A. http://cronometer.com/download/ - Stand-alone version doesn't have the corrected Vitamin A values. You can correct it by going to the Vitamins tab and double clicking the Vitamin A in the list, set the minimum to 18000,0 IU's.
