veggiesasquatch
Weight trainings a marathon mate Not a sprint. 3 months in nothing in terms of time spent lifting. It'll take a minimum of 5-7 years to reach your potential (naturally) maybe even 10 years....
CassieP
Make sure your eating the correct amount of macronurtrients. You could be taking in to much of the wrong food group and instead of building lean mass you are packing on body fat. Of course it takes time but just research and be sure your taking the steps in the right direction. Also if your main focus is to hypertrophy (increase muscle mass) keep your reps between 6-12 and adjust your weights accordingly to really challege yourself. GOOD LUCK! veggiesasquatch
Not to sound a dick but to build mass you want to lift compounds & in rep ranges of 6-8, not 6-12.
