LOL i have no issues eating the transfats tonight. just pointing it out lol. definitely gonna take a trip to the natural market to see if i can make some better junk food choices though...but even after the less evil choices are still gone and the 60minutes is still ticking, imma likely pop in some fritos and nutter butters lol. i have no shame. i am allowed to eat pickles and sodium isnt limited to me at this time, i can have as much as i want. 8 almonds would add too much extra fat, i eat 19 of them every day during my third meal. i will have to subsist on diet soda. although its horrible for me, i wont be able to consume enough for it to have an effect on metabolism, says my trainer. BC is birth control...estrogen.....not sure if it makes you less lean...i know there is a lot of discourse about that, but perhaps its just an excuse that girls use for gaining weight around that age when they start taking it, they also start drinking, go away to college, eat like crap, stop taking gym in school etc. i sure as hell used it as an excuse. either way its a variable that i dont need. i am supposed to take it to decrease the risk of ovarian cancer that runs in my family, but missing three months shouldnt be a problem. went to my old gym today as my best friend's guest, a trainer came up to me and ripped me apart on my stiff DL form, but my trainer has no issues with my form. i took it in stride and thanked him, and was sure to add that i already have employed a trainer.

T-bar: 45x12, 55x10, 65x8
Seated rows supersetted with reverse grip pull down: 70x12, 70x12; 80x10, 70x12; 90x8, 70x12
Wide Grip pull downs: 70x12x3
Straight Pulls: 30x12x3
Seated leg curls supersetted with still DL: 50x15, 110x12; 60x12, 110x12; 70x8, 110x8 with *corrected form* which felt awful, and i lost my grip, and i had two trainers on top of me...
Lying leg curls: 40x15, 50x12, 60x10, drop 40x10, 20x16
30 minutes cardio. at one point incline was at 14%, only going 3.8mph but other than that mostly kept the speed evenly between 4.0 and 4.4, going up .1 every minute to 4.4, then down .1 to 4.0 and repeating. the treadmill stated i burned 280 calories.
off to do a bit of shopping for a tank top to wear tonight to show off the guns. lol.
