Kickboxing Conditioning and Training:

 

30 minutes fight related calisthenics and shadowboxing

30 minutes of switching off between sparring and bag work

5 sets of 15 situps then bear crawling across the gym and doing 10 pushups

15 minutes of galloping around the gym while shadowboxing

30 minutes of intense bag work

5 sets of 15 situps then bear crawling across the gym and doing 10 pushups

Small bag of chips

Sauteed vegetables almondine

Gardein beef tips
