It was just a cardio day. I skipped abs tonight, i did them on sunday, i'll do em on thursday which is also another cardio day. Felt slightly less tired throughout the day, but felt my eyes glazing over at one point during the afternoon, right before i took my second dose of the Lipo6....not sure if it's mental or physical fatigue. i have back tomorrow...tonight just did my last 20 mins of LIT - 9.0% incline 4.0 mph. stressed about my weight being up .8 today so many days after a cheat...maybe PMS? could be but not sure yet. although ive never been one to notice bloating related to cycling. felt great in my clothes today, but in the mirror while changing felt gross.

Yeah, you will feel a drop in the afternoon as the lipo6 wears off. That is when you take the next one, and up you go again.

You could be gaining just a little water from taking the lipo6. Remember that your diet and cardio is what is going to help you lose weight. The lipo6 is just to give you energy to help you keep it up. And remember to rest as best as you can so you don't go into overtraining mode and your basal metabolism slows way down. I am in danger of doing that. I push myself way too hard. And the lipo6 kept me up past midnight last night. It is just because my body isn't use to caffeine (and I did not lose any weight this morning either! and I feel like I have a baby bump this morning too! so I am guessing water gain. a good cardio should sweat it off of me?).

I gained some even before I started the Lipo6 tho. Yeah I know i need to keep training hard and doing cardio, and i pretty much rest aside from my workouts...although work has been stressful I guess. I dunno I'm waiting to hear back from my trainer. He's pretty adamant about needing to drop every week though, and a midweek rise hasn't happened to me in a while!

Don't stress over it. I know how much you want to see the scale go down trust me I do. I have been a pound heavier since Sunday and it won't go away and I really want to hit 179. Did this when I wanted to break through to the 100s and stay out of the 200s

Does your gym offer fun cardio classes? If so try one you might have to change up the cardio

Just looked up the ingredients for Lipo6 Black for Hers. Just saw that there is vitamins and minerals added (vegan?). I know that when I took calcium in the form of calcium carbonate, I bloated up big time. So that could be your culprit right there. Also what is thyronine? is that a pre-cursor for thyrodixine (for your thyroid?).

I just have plain Lipo 6 in a silver bottle with royal blue lettering. No added vitamins or minerals.

Im not sure what exactly thyronine is. ive already been taking vitamisn and minerals and the most bloat came from when before i started the lipo six (monday and tuesday morning). could be PMS. i know about the diet coke....trying to ween...i wish my trainer had just told me none of it from the very beginning now im just acting like an addict.

Have you noticed your appetite has increased any since starting the Lipo6?

The reason I ask is sometimes caffeine can cause toxic hunger(not true hunger). I also thought you said earlier in this thread that you was drinking a lot of coffee and feeling hungry more?

No my hunger has been the same.....i think the hunger is natural, 1565 calories a day with an hour of cardio and an hour of weight training...i think most people would be hungry...

Oh wow, ok, I didn't realize you calorie intake. I didn't read this entire thread since it is 77 pages so sorry if you already said that along the way and I missed it.

Well maybe you are just at a temporary plateau with your weight right now, that happens sometimes. No doubt you will start losing again at some point, unless you are adding muscle as you go and the lose of fat just isn't showing up on the scales for that reason.

Keep it up, very impressive what you are doing.

Well, your bloat baby won't last too long then. Just ignore is for now, and wait for it to pass. Keep up on the cardio and diet though!

I bet your coach said you can also have Crystal Light too. That is what the figure girls at the gym are doing right now for summer. Talk about all artificial sweeteners and flavors! And they are using it instead of meals! No nutritional value at all. So sad.
