Well there is another show sept 15....well theres another local one in august but its open, the sep 15 is a natural one that my coach is doing so...it would mean all summer. im not sure yet. however my coach diets 8 months out of the year and does a few shows a month, so its not unattainable. i need to get to this one first...So tired. i wish i didnt have to stay awake to eat my last two meals and i wish it was already dark.
30 mins LIT: 10.0% incline 4.0mph
Bench: 65x12, 85x12x3, coach had to help. this was soo damn hard. ugh so weak, drop set 65x12.
Incline Smith Press: 4x12
DB Flyes: 20x12x3.
Cable Flyes: 3x12
assisted dips: 12, 8, 8
preacher cable machine: 3x12
rope cable curls: 45x12, 50x12x2
single arm cable concentration curls: 10x3
30 mins hit, not as steep, 298 cals for 130 lbs person (that's me lol)
coach said shoulders looked good.

I hear ya on the sleep vs food (like the meals are even worth staying up for).

So what is on the menu for your cheat tomorrow? are you going to tone it down on the amount and on what you can eat for your cheat?

Saving cheat for Sunday cause posing class in Sunday wanna feel somewhat lean during. Yea gonna try to cut myself off after chipotle and fruit and nuts lol

Plie Squat:45x25x4. Rest pause not really a big issue. Wasn't that heavy.
Walking Lunges: 40x30stepsx4
Seated Calf: 45x12x3
Leg Press: 90x30x4
Calf ext on leg press: 50x15x3
Leg ext drop sets: 70x10, 55x10, 40x10...four times
Rope Cruches: 110x25, 120x25x3
Crunch machine: Bodyweight x25x4
Some stretching
30 mins HIT. COULDN"T PUSH. 350 cals for 150lbs person.
Oh and I'm pretty much 2/3 through my gallon without even trying. was covered in sweat. my tshirt is real annoyingly baggy too.

Approximately three mile walk on the board walk. Will give the dude another date but have to say i dont think hes the one! oh well.

also spent some time gearing up for tomorrow cheat. bought an organic pink lady apple, a tangelo, which i dont even know what they are but it looked good lol, and about ten dates that im going to lather with pb tomorrow, after chipotle! right now i should be cooking tofu and soybean noodles and brussels and brocooli but im gonna just lay down for a while.
