It's not bad mixed in a salad but alone with nothing else ew. but enjoy!

132.4 (.4lbs lighter than last week, and this week only two days out from my cheat night as opposed to three last week. i'm really reading into the scale lol). coach again responded to my update by saying "126!!!!!!!!!!!!". So gotta lose like 6 lbs by Saturday!

25 mins LIT (4.0mph 10% incline)
4 ab supersets - 25 reps of 25lb crunches, leg raises, ball crunches, rope crunches 110lbs, 30 twists). on last set someone stole leg raise thing so i just did 50 reps of 25lbs crunches.
20 mins LIT (4.0mph 10% incline). It's too much to also do 30 mins HIT (for sure mentally, and it makes me tired, and it might be bst to break it up in terms of muscle breakdown). Going back after work to do that.

I do leg raises on the floor if the captain's chair is in use or use the adjustable incline sit up bench. Those are by far my favorite core workout :)

like from a blister? i get those too but im talking about what seems to be coming from the bones in my feet. i got new sneakers and the pain abated a bit but seems to keep coming back with the cardio i do. oh well. its ok this morning ill see about later.

131.0. 5:30am came along with the cat claws in my scalp, fed them, and I climbed back in until 7, so looks like ill be spending 2 hours at the gym later. it was just too cold this am lol.

Are you allowed to switch your cardio up? Might help give your feet a rest for a while. The balls of my feet hurt sometimes, and I've switched to spin class for my cardio, and am loving it. It's so much easier to do something if people are watching you, there's no escape and someone is yelling at you. :-)

However.... if you don't have that at your gym (our classes are included with membership, which is the one rationalization I used to go to THIS gym instead of the YMCA with all of the creepers/gawkers). You could just use a spin bike at yours? All 3 teachers have different techniques for their classes. I can share if you want. I also feel like spin helps a lot with my legs. I was thinking of doing two leg days until I started. There are "climbs" that are more on the strength training end (though is nothing like free-weights, obviously) and also helps to work the acid out of your muscles.

You could be abusing your heels too much if you are doing the incline on the treadmill. Try to strike your foot on the ball of the foot some of the time, instead of coming down on the heel everytime.

Otherwise, maybe not do incline and see if that helps it out alittle bit more.

The spin class is a good idea, I just don't really know how to gauge if I'm pushing hard enough like I do on the treadmill, but they do offer spin classes at my gym so maybe I can do one and see if it has a calorie recorder thing.
35 Mins LIT: 11.0% incline at 4.0mph
Flat DB Press: 20x16, 25x12, 30x10, 35x6. FAIL. SO WEAK UGH.
DB Flyes: 20x12x4
DB Pull overs: 30x16, 35x16, 40x12x2
Incline DB Press: 25x15, 12, 12, 10? failing...
DB Incline Flyes: 15x15x4
Seated Db Curls: 15x15x4
DB Hammer Curls: 15x15, 15x20x3
Barbell Curls: 30x20x4
Assisted Dips: +110x15x4
Cable Flyes: 30x15x3? maybe 4. i can't remember lol
30 minutes HIT, level 20, 335 cals.
