Haha aw kitties. yeah i can definitely do it if i am given specific instructions to do so. This week i was told to enjoy my cheat meal so i did. and in my defense the meal wasnt what made my stomach hurt, it was the artificial sugar from the day. i could have easily eaten more if not for the gassiness.

Flat DB Press supersetted with Db flyes: 25x15, 15x15, four times. lots of rest pause so hard ughhh
Incline DB Press supersetted with incline flyes: 20x15, 15x15, four times. a bit easier
ezbarbell curls: 40x20x4, got weaker towards end.
incline DB curls: 15x15x4
Hammer CUrls: 15x15x4
Assisted dips: +110x20x4
Cable Flyes: 30x15x4
30 mins HIT, level 20. 328 cals. blisters, arch pain. ugh.

Yeah, if you look at her first pics to the now pics, you can see a big difference!
Of course having the muscles to show off helps! Just wait till she is more ripped, and can show off alot of big veins. Then the posing will come so easy!

liking these comments i took yesterday entirely off. felt a bit guilty but i was supposed to. went shopping at old navy, got some bathing suits, workout clothes, pants, size 2. could almost button a zero. not quite tho.

129.8 lbs, lowest Wednesday weight yet recorded, last weds was 131.0.

today - legs:
squats: 95x10, 85x12, 75x14, 65x16, 45x20. Done with little rest, just enough time to change the weight.
Leg Press supersetted with plie squat: 90x20, 35x20...four times
walking lunges: 40x30 stepsx4
one legged squats on smith machine: +20x12x4.
leg ext drop set: 70x10, 55x10, 45x10, 35x10...four times.
calf ext (machine): 35x16x3
seated calf raise: 35x15x3
leg raises (bosu ball captains chair): bodyweightx20x4
superset of sit ups with 10lb ball using bench, crunches +25lbs, and lying leg raises: 20, 20, 20, four times
30 minutes HIT level 20, 333 cals.
