I mountain bike in the summer months. Not as hardcore as I used to be when I would go out in all weathers. Now I hate getting wet.

Currently riding a Specialized Stumpjumper (hardtail).

Yeah, i have got a Boardman Comp (hardtail) which is an improvement on my last mountain bike. The tyres kept going down all the time. I would rather have the full suspension model though.

Cool. After I get some time in on the trails I'll probably get a road bike. I may try a sprint triathalon next spring. If I try one sooner I'll just use the mountain bike. :)

Yup! I love biking in the summer...
I have a Norco 250 for dirt jumping and I ride downhill/free-ride on a Norco A-Line... absolutely love both of those bikes. North Shore style riding is a little bit challenging on the A-Line because it's got so much suspension travel, but it's an incredible downhill machine. The 250 is the second one I've owned; I love the geometry on that bike, very easy to swing around in the air.

Not a whole lot of big hills here so I didn't go with full suspension. But as I get more experience I may see the need :).

This footage of bikers just takes my breath away--because I'm alternately laughing my ass off or gasping in shock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9HUwAIF ... re=related
